Issue

In all three Noto LGC fonts, U+AB5B MODIFIER BREVE WITH INVERTED BREVE is superscript. It should not be: see figure 75 of L2/11-202. Also, in Noto Serif, its glyph should be spacing.

Comparing U+AB5B rendering in NotoSans, NotoSansMono and NotoSerif with figure 75 of L2/11-202 I see U+AB5B baseline is higher and there is space between breves.
