https://github.com/notofonts/latin-greek-cyrillic/issues/154 is not completely fixed by this merge. As well, there was no check for "Serif Italic" or "Serif Bold", and for "variable" fonts.

Please reopen the bugs reported above for individual characters, and make a summary for the task completion for all existing Noto font variants; even if this commit fixes a few of them for a few characters in a few Noto fonts, there is still work on other font variants.
