Issue

412 changed some glyphs but not some related glyphs, leaving Cyrillic inconsistent. This is a pervasive problem so I only give a few examples of obvious inconsistencies; many are more subtle.

Attention @lettersoup!

The scope of the 2023 refresh was Basic Cyrillic, for some definition of 'basic' - possibly just Russian. We are now looking at a Bulgarian extension refresh, and hopefully this will involve harmonising the forms across the Cyrillic range. (Depending on scope of work)
