Both U+038C and U+038F overlap the preceding letter in some cases.

I've discovered that this issue applies to almost every Greek letter that has preceding punctuation points. Including, but not limited to: ᾊᾯῪᾜ etc.

And although the issue is more prevalent in Noto Serif, it is also happening in Noto Sans. Example: image
