Is this related to notofonts/latin-greek-cyrillic#219? If so, please comment and upvote it (I have been hoping for a fix for this for over a year)

May I request some feature? Please plant them upon 25CC dotted circle, either through default anchoring, or through anchor points, or through ligatures.

I have a plan to automatically create the U+25CC glyph and appropriate anchors.

The marks are fixed in #33 (I don't guarantee that every base has the appropriate anchor), and @Mercury13 will be pleased to know that the marks look lovely on the dotted circle: shape

I’m not so pleased. You scrapped two characters, 2AAC and 2BFE.
