Sorry that I have made a typo for a word in the screenshot. The third Manchu word was typed incorrectly as "bithr" in Noto Sans Mongolian. But anyway the problem, which is the incorrectly rendered "t" is still there.
I think such variants can be added via 'rclt' feature.
@DirkWong : could you paste all of these characters as text in this bug?
@marekjez86 The texts below were typed in through my Android phone with a keyboard app called "Multiling O Keyboard" downloaded from Play Store. The texts are all misrendered on Android phones. Not sure if they will all be rendered correctly on Windows PC but I will tell in my next comment below soon after checking. Besides, I found that I didn't describe one of the errors (the 4th issue in the issue section) correctly in the report. I'm going to correct it soon as well. The texts on the first column refer to the first and second issues, those on the second column refer to the third issue, those on the third column refer to the fourth issue and those on the fourth column refer to the fifth issue.

@marekjez86 The following texts are not rendered correctly on my Windows 10 PC as well. (I'm using Google Chrome, not sure whether or not it causes the errors) ᡩᡡ (dv) ᠠᡨᠪᠠ (atba) ᡡᡴ (vk) ᠠᡴᠪᠠ (akba) ᡝᡴᠪᠠ (ekba) ᡳᡴᠪᠠ (ikba) ᠣᡴᠪᠠ (okba) ᡠᡴᠪᠠ (ukba) ᡡᡴᠪᠠ (vkba)
For your reference, this is a screenshot of my phone.
Thanks for your work! :)

The website above uses font "Mongolian Universal White" and it renders most of the Manchu texts correctly, except for ᡩᡡ (dv), ᡝᡴ (ek), ᡡᡴ (vk), ᡝᡴᠪᠠ (ekba) and ᡡᡴᠪᠠ (vkba). I think it would be good reference.
