2: All glyphs associated with U+1837 have been updated to match the code charts. The original glyphs have also been retained because Manchu Ali Gali needed to distinguish for Sanskrit r and ṛ.
4: The anchor of U+18A9 has been updated to top-left of the base character (bottom-left in horizontal).
23: The glyphs associated with U+182D and U+1833 have been updated to match GB/T 25914 designation, thus fixes this issue.

25: The Todo rules have been updated to match temporary EAC rules, thus fixes this issue.
26: The Manchu rules have been updated to match temporary EAC rules, thus fixes this issue.
