Fix OTL

Update glyph set

• Rename Al to Aw, not to be confused with A1.
• Add glyph AGHb.medi to support added ligatures OTL.
• Update N.fina.mvs and Hx.fina.mvs, move the dots so that the contours will not overlap with chachlag.

Update OTL

• Set lvs.ignored to mark, thus fixes several shaping errors in Todo and Todo Ali Gali.
• Update shaping logic for lvs.
• Update shaping logic for post-bowed vowels in Hudum.
• Update shaping logic for n in Todo/Sibe/Manchu.
• Update shaping logic for <..., i, g, MVS, a> in Hudum.
• Fix FVS designation for U+1880 and U+1881 (add FVS1).
• Fix ligatures for GM.init/medi, add ligatures for AG-.medi.
• Add nirugu extend for Manchu <ng, sbm>.
• Copy all the lookups from rclt to calt, to support low version of shaping engine that only reads calt.
