Noto Sans/Serif CJK: U+201C LEFT DOUBLE QUOTATION MARK & U+201D RIGHT DOUBLE QUOTATION MARK display error in Microsoft Office Word #118

OS: Windows 7 Professional/Windows 10 Pro Software: Microsoft Office Word 2010

I am using the Noto Sans/Serif CJK fonts for my text editing when I encountered this error. The left double quotation mark and right double quotation mark is using the wrong character in both Noto Sans CJK and Noto Serif CJK. The double full width quotation marks appears as two seperated single (full width) quotation marks. This issue doesn't appears on other Office software like Excel and PowerPoint. I think that this might be an issue in coding in Microsoft Office Word.

(And yes, I test this font on a few other computers running Microsoft Office Word 2010. I can't get my hands on Office 2013/2016. microsoft_word_quotation microsoft_excel_quotation microsoft_powerpoint_quotation microsoft_publisher_quotation

This particular issue was raised and discussed at (long) length as Source Han Sans Issue #71, and the conclusion was that it is an MS Word issue that has since been fixed in newer versions of the app. There is nothing to be fixed in the fonts, so this issue should be closed.

Per https://github.com/adobe-fonts/source-han-sans/issues/71 it was fixed in a newer version of MS Word.
