Noto font(s) for CJK Extension B-G (Unicode Planes 2-3) #186

When will there be fonts for Unicode Planes 2-3 support? If I want to rappresent these characters with Noto fonts, then I can't because I can't find those fonts.

Moved from my previous one in the wrong place.

The current Noto CJK fonts do not have room to add all of these characters and there is no current plan to add all of these.

There will be some implementation in the future?
