Noto Serif CJK 2.001 doesn't work well with FreeType emboldening algorithm #228

This did not happen in Noto Serif CJK 1.001.

Nothing should have changed in 2.001 to be the cause of this, but it seems like some path directions got changed due to something in the new workflow. Sans seems fine even though it's all the same build process so I'm not sure what happened, but first we can check and make sure that the cause of this bug is the path direction.

Maybe https://github.com/adobe-fonts/source-han-serif/issues/182 is related? I can't repro this issue so far and get the same result with 1.001 and 2.001. If it is because of path direction then it will be fixed in the next version.
