Two glyphs have become unencoded #232

Glyph ID 00602 (APPROXIMATELY EQUAL TO OR THE IMAGE OF) has lost its cmap encoding; this should be U+2252. Glyph ID 01005 (WHITE DIAMOND CONTAINING SMALL BLACK DIAMOND) has also lost its cmap encoding; this should be U+25C8.
