Fonts containing "CJK" in their names actually have all regional variants (with a default one). For example, Noto Sans CJK TC actually contains all SC, TC, HK, JP and KR glyphs, but if you don't specify (or the application does not support), TC will be the default. On the other hand, fonts without "CJK" will just have only one regional variant, thus having a smaller size. In the TC standard, the missing glyphs should be "絕", "潯" and "楓"; "絶" (or "绝"), "浔" and "枫" are actually not supported, and non-CJK versions do not have fallback glyphs, so they are not rendered.
PS: In Traditional Chinese, it should be "潯陽", "江頭" and "楓葉".
Thank you so much @lhy7889678 for making it clear to me. You are very helpful. I appreciate it.
