Noto Sans SC Macron Misalignment #270

https://fonts.google.com/noto/specimen/Noto+Sans+SC Problem persists when imported via CSS @import.

Issue

The macron is misaligned if one were to use Noto Sans SC to display Pinyin.

are you using the single character ā or just a + combining macron?

The problem seems to persist when using either.
