Noto font download site woefully out of date #1806

The Noto font download site at https://www.google.com/get/noto/ is woefully out of date compared to what’s available in this repository or even compared to what Apple has been shipping in its operating systems for the last year. New Noto Sans Javanese? Fixed Noto Serif Balinese? Noto Serif Ahom? Noto Sans Wancho? If you ask the download site, none of them exists.

please check https://fonts.google.com/noto (we are still in the transition so the two sites might exist for a while, but please file any issues that you might find with the new web site only).
