U+06E5 ARABIC SMALL WAW positioned too high in NotoKufiArabic Note: Other issues noticed in the screenshot will be addressed in another bug

Issue found in:

 NotoKufiArabic Version 2.101

I realized U+06E5 still need to be lowered.
