Consider the use of left-to-right ligatures in Old Hungarian writing #1989

Issue

I ask the developers of the Noto project to consider the following: There are ligatures defined in NotoSansOldHungarian-Regular font with left to right writing direction. 1.) There is no historical find of left-to-right ligatures, neither before 1803 nor after 1803. 2.) Its computer application is questionable, because: The modern editors and word-processors use right-to-left writing direction. Left-to-right writing is used by only a few terminal programs and terminal-like editors, which do not use ligatures.

Left-to-right ligatures only increase and/or double the size of the Old Hungarian font file.

@marekjez86 Hi! I'm working on issues with small size ligatures' problems (capital ones don't clear, that we talk about semi- or full capital ligatures), baseline problem ( #1984 ) and this issue. Try to resolve UI variant rendering problems. This issue is already resolved, but I want to make PR with resolved issue #1984 and resolved UI variant rendering problems.
