Sample of a weight test #2208

Either I goofed or the test already found a problem: AssertionError: NotoNastaliqUrdu-Bold.ttf weight 700 outside font capability 400..400, NotoSerifMyanmar-Bold.ttf weight 700 outside font capability 400..400

you've found real issue :-) thank you... I need to check fontbakery test to see if it caught it and I ignored it or it doesn't check for it

I checked both Nastaliq and Serif Myanmar. The fonts have issues. Good catch.
