Added postScriptName tests #2213

The tests are failing... I need to review each and every one of the failures, but this is close to what I want :-) I went for the fontbakery because they do the tests and have the right function/method ready. If there's a better way please advise.

postScriptName in this context is either specified in the XML or is assumed to be the file name stripped of extension

I forgot to add that I also fixed the postScriptName issues, so we are perfect :-). Since I started with the copy of the actual Android XML, then Android XML has some issues with the postSciptNames.
