@marekjez86 ! The Issue https://github.com/notofonts/noto-fonts/issues/1374#issue-379465982 must be close, because it was used by 2 or 3 people only, the congress on Gödöllő in 2008 was decided that long vowels are not marked with an accent, but with another form of the letters. @dscorbett explained the necessity of accents with a document that included a "triangular o", and he pretended that the non-existent Hungarian word "bagy" was either "hagy" or "hogy". The last two make sense, except that the text says "BAGY"! In his explanation, he pretended that the source of the word was the Old Hungarian letter 'b' in the shape 'Y'. Obviously, these letters are from a forged Old Hungarian alphabet. There are ~50 e-book on the https://mek.oszk.hu homepage of National Széchenyi Library's (Országos Széchenyi Könyvtár) electronic library written by Old Hungarian script whithout accents, you can buy books from http://rovasbolt.superwebaruhaz.hu and from https://rovas.info whithouth accents. The two webshop operators disagree on a few points about the Old Hungarian alphabet (whether or not the letters q, y, x and w are necessary) but agree that accents should not be used because accents are historically and formally incorrect!
