Using the tool in https://github.com/fonttools/fonttools/pull/2571:

Glyph _cap.overlap was not compatible: 
    Glyph has an open path in master NotoSansOriya-Black
    Glyph has an open path in master NotoSansOriya-CondensedExtraBlack
    Glyph has an open path in master NotoSansOriya-CondensedExtraThin
    Glyph has an open path in master NotoSansOriya-Thin
Glyph lapha-oriya was not compatible: 
    Contour order differs: [0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5] in NotoSansOriya-CondensedExtraBlack, [0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 4] in NotoSansOriya-CondensedExtraThin
