Using the tool in https://github.com/fonttools/fonttools/pull/2571:

Glyph jh-deva.NEP was not compatible: 
    Contour start point differs: NotoSerifDevanagari-Bold, NotoSerifDevanagari-CondensedBold
    Contour start point differs: NotoSerifDevanagari-CondensedBold, NotoSerifDevanagari-CondensedLight
    Contour start point differs: NotoSerifDevanagari-CondensedLight, NotoSerifDevanagari-CondensedSemiBold
    Contour start point differs: NotoSerifDevanagari-CondensedSemiBold, NotoSerifDevanagari-Condensed
