Using the tool in https://github.com/fonttools/fonttools/pull/2571:

Glyph koa.eth was not compatible: 
    Contour order differs: [0, 1] in NotoSansEthiopic-CondensedBold, [1, 0] in NotoSansEthiopic-CondensedLight
Glyph kyo.eth was not compatible: 
    Contour order differs: [0, 1] in NotoSansEthiopic-CondensedBold, [1, 0] in NotoSansEthiopic-CondensedLight
Glyph qye.eth was not compatible: 
    Contour order differs: [0, 1, 2, 3, 4] in NotoSansEthiopic-Bold, [0, 2, 1, 3, 4] in NotoSansEthiopic-CondensedBold
Glyph xwe.eth was not compatible: 
    Contour order differs: [0, 1, 2, 3] in NotoSansEthiopic-CondensedBold, [1, 0, 2, 3] in NotoSansEthiopic-CondensedLight
