Rebuild Noto-unhinted.zip #5

The bundle for downloading all Noto fonts contains some old, broken fonts.

For example, https://noto-website-2.storage.googleapis.com/pkgs/Noto-unhinted.zip (the link target for “Download all fonts” on the Noto site) has NotoSerifLao-Regular.ttf in version 1.02, which had an invalid post table. Only https://noto-website-2.storage.googleapis.com/pkgs/NotoSerifLao-unhinted.zip contains the fixed version 1.03.

To verify, unzip Noto-unhinted.zip into a folder, choose File → Validate File... in the macOS “Font book” app, and select the content of the unzipped folder. NotoColorEmoji should be the only font that fails the validation.

Looks like the Lao package was updated but the main noto packages were not. Regenerating all packages fixes this.
