ArabicUI Font added back in #48

For some reason in https://github.com/notofonts/notofonts.github.io/commit/1ed0aaad710107ac0d6663ece26a4bb82ce6cff8 ArabicUI was added back in even though it should be deprecated

Same with NaskhArabicUI still being in here...

It was added back in because, even though deprecated, we needed a maintenance release of it.
