In NotoSansSiddham-Regular, reph ra is not above base. #1

Title

In NotoSansSiddham-Regular, reph ra is not above base.

Font

'NotoSansSiddham-Regular.otf'.

Issue

In horizontal writing, letters starting with ra and other letters are written below the same reference line. This eliminates the features of reph ra.

For example, "sarvaa" is translated by NotoSansSiddham to noto1.pdf but I think this should be noto2.pdf.

@Tosche, any thoughts on this? If we want to raise the reph head above the headline I can do that.

I might want to take back my previous comment. There are in fact classical manuscripts that align ra at the top.

IMG_3555 This one does stick ra at the top, but ryaa (being disputed here) is aligned. I find this approach inconsistent. 梵字必携
