Issue

One seed syllable formed with 'ss04' takes the reordered U+115B0 SIDDHAM VOWEL SIGN I from the following cluster. The correct encoding, which already works in this font, is to put the vowel sign on the first cluster.

I'm presuming that the intended effect is to make 𑖨𑖰𑖴𑖯 a seed syllable, but the rule is matching a reordered matra from the next syllable. This was caused by the rule:

sub ra-sidd rMatra-sidd aaMatra-sidd [iMatra-sidd iMatra-sidd.ra] by seed_ra_rMatra_iMatra_aaMatra-sidd;

which I just deleted.
