Symbols2: incorrect FFF9–FFFB #10

NotoSansSymbols2-Regular.ttf has incorrect glyphs for FFF9, FFFA, and FFFB, the Interlinear Annotation marks. They should have IAA, IAS, and IAT, but Symbols2 has 1AA, 1AS, and 1AT.

Interlinear Annotation Anchor should have IAA and NOT 1AA Interlinear Annotation Separator should have IAS and NOT 1AS Interlinear Annotation Terminator should have IAT and NOT 1AT

The design of these 3 characters has now been corrected and will appear in the next release.

The new glyphs have no serifs on their ⟨I⟩s, which is inconsistent with the ⟨I⟩ in U+240F SYMBOL FOR SHIFT IN and with U+0049 LATIN CAPITAL LETTER I in Noto Sans.

The issue with Annotation marks is fixed.
