Inconsistent glyph for U+2394 SOFTWARE-FUNCTION SYMBOL #17

Issue

U+2394 SOFTWARE-FUNCTION SYMBOL is smaller than the other three hexagons and has thicker strokes than the other white hexagon. (Its name may be misleading, but UTR notofonts/noto-fonts#25 clarifies that it is the generic horizontal white hexagon.)
