Missing U+0301 COMBINING ACUTE ACCENT in Noto Sans Symbols2 #24

Issue

<U+1F541, U+0301> is apparently used in typicon notation, so this font should include U+0301 and support that sequence.

A better solution would be to move all typicon symbols to the LGC fonts, instead of distributing them amongst multiple fonts.
