Merge Noto Symbols and Noto Symbols2 #62

Is there a particular reason these two fonts are created separately? A single font that covers the whole symbols would be much better.

Noto Symbols has multiple weights, then we realized that we don't have enough money for multiple weights hence additional symbols go to Regular weight only Noto Symbols2.
