I've encoded this using the Takri digit zero. I just want to explain that choice: Although the Unicode code charts show this as a diamond shape, all of our other Indic abbreviation signs in the sans families are centered filled circles. Sharada, for example, uses a centered circle both for digit zero and abbreviation sign. Additionally, figure 2 in the encoding proposal also shows it as a circle shape. If this was a serif font, we might want to go with a diamond, but in this case I think a centered circle is the right way to go.
