Incorrect glyph for ⟨ཊྷྱ⟩ #4

Please reopen this valid report. Although Noto Sans Tibetan 2.101 and Kokonor do render ⟨ཊྷྱ⟩ compatibly, Kokonor is also wrong.

The problematic cluster consists of three characters: tta, subjoined ha, and subjoined ya. Here they are, separated by spaces. ཊ ྷ ྱ Now here they are combined. ཊྷྱ As you can see, the cluster has gone from three elements to four. An extra U+0F71 TIBETAN VOWEL SIGN AA has appeared out of nowhere. This is obviously a bug.

Here is the cluster in Kailasa and Qomolangma-Uchen Sarchen. These fonts do not share Kokonor’s bug. ཊྷྱཊྷྱ

OK, ཊྷྱ is remove of vowel sign aa.
