3 weeks ago So far, the general theme is good. I don't understand the inclusion of Fortissax's Lightning Spear. Though, what is the significance for Frenzied Flame of that spell in particular?
I think the restriction of Wretch is a little narrow. Would it be possible to also start with the prophet and discard all non-allowed items since that starting class starts with a spear?
I like the inclusion of the Sage outfit, that should make the middle of the game a little nicer and give the player some choice. What would you think about also allowing the prophet set and the clothes Hyetta wears (can't remeber the outfit at the moment)?
Overview
The point of the run is to kill all the other frenzied flame lord prospects and absorb their power to become a true Frenzied lord not unlike how becoming the Elden lord requires you to gather the shards of the Elden ring
Rules
Restrictions on this run are as follows, must start as a Wretch and progress through the game without armor until acquiring the Sage set in Stillwater Cave in Liurnia of the Lakes. The only other Armor that may be equipped is the Armor set awarded for defeating Roundtable Knight Vyke; the Fingerprint set. No remembrance weapons or incantations may be used except for Greatsword of Damnation and the incantations Midra's Flame of Frenzy, and Fortissax's Lightning Spear. Overall weapons should be limited to thematically Frenzy Flame weapons (Vyke's War Spear, Madding Hand, Nanaya's Torch, etc.) with exceptions for the following; Spears: Short Spear, Iron Spear, Partisan, Pike and Great Spear: Lance. The only Shield allowed is the Fingerprint Stone Shield. The only Seals allowed are the Gravel Stone Seal (used by Vyke), and the Flame Seal (Hyetta's questline). Incantations are limited to Frenzied flame incantations, Vyke's Dragonbolt, and Fortissax's Lightning Spear.
This challenge run requires the Frenzied Flame ending. Use of Miquella's Needle is not allowed.
