What hardware would work with this? #14

Assuming I wanted to run this from MacOS or Windows, what hardware would work best? Preferably something USB-based?

Nevermind, I think I answered my own question:

Although I think this is something that can be fixed/clarified in the readme. Currently it loosely mentions a 'Rard Stick One'.
