Instructions don't work with latest debain and http://tronnes.org/downloads/2014-01-07-wheezy-raspbian-2014-03-12-fbtft-hy28a.zip link is broken...

Can you plese upload working image...

Thank you!

Hi again, i build this image myself using latest debian 2014-09-09-wheezy-raspbian.zip, i made only this image what i needed 2014-09-09-wheezy-raspbian-2014-09-29-fbtft-hy28a.zip

some thing didn't compile matchbox-keyboard and xstroke

i can test in few hours that the image works, i let you know :)

I guess Texy has stopped selling those displays, and I have only provided those images to help him out. This is the current (and probably last image) for HY28B: http://tronnes.org/downloads/2014-06-20-wheezy-raspbian-2014-07-25-fbtft-hy28b.zip

The custom display shield images are the same as the builtin-firmware image I provide, with the changes mentioned here for each custom image: https://github.com/notro/fbtft-spindle/blob/master/fbtft-stage6

Hello its me again from my rasp and small touchscreen device My build was succsessful i post link of my image later.

i also tried hy28b divice erlier it dont work with my screen.

I guess its useful to keep some image online wich would work also with the first screen. The lifetime of the hardware itself is longer than the time it was possible to activate and use it by the commmunity. In all goods respect lets do not produce thing s the corporate way to be replaced in a blink of an eye.

In my view, custom images for specific displays is the responsibility of those making a profit from them. Texy is a friend of mine, so I have provided hosting for his images.

In general I provide generic images that can be made to work with all the displays that FBTFT supports.

To keep my costs and time spent on management low, I delete old images.
