gud-pico: Need update to SDK version 1.2.0 #4

New Pico SDK release is out: https://github.com/raspberrypi/pico-sdk/releases

If I'm not mistaken there's some tinyusb changes there that breaks things, like the usbd_class_driver_t control request callbacks.
