How am I able to read the documentation?

In the /docs folder, I see a lot of .xml files. How am I able to read them properly?

Build the library and you will get HTML documentation generated in doc/html.

Yup. As tracked in #21 I would like to make these accessible on the web but haven't worked out the easiest way to do it. Contributions very welcome!
