Change and manage nospam #1044

Please add nospam manual and random changing and managing of multiple spam id-s so i can create list where my contacts comes and remove what is not needed.

Needs toxcore support that doesn't exist yet

i meant as of currently at least something like qTox has, i could use certain nospam sometime for public contact like 8.00-17.00 for example and in night i would use other nospam. Really good feature.

I would just write nospam id-s to my .txt file and mark them personally
