µTox doesn't open from the tray when "relaunched" from a windows shortcut #1061

µTox should open and jump to top, from the notification tray if the application is launched. E.g. when a users clicks on the pinned taskbar icon windows, clicks the desktop shortcut, or tries to run the update_runner.
