Webcamera turns on on start. Why? #70

Hi

It looks quite disturbing if you ask me. Webcamera turns on by itself, and it looks like it is impossible to turn it off!

and i add that audio channels are active too in background, Skype only uses when needed.

Should be fixed in https://github.com/notsecure/uTox/commit/f200dc962d3f2f1f8e1cc86f9984d3251aa430e4. @fcore117 the audio being on all the time will be fixed soon
