Poker card changes

• [x] Delete all #4 room tiles (-9)
• [x] Add Ghost Character card (+1)

• [x] Add new Toad Boss Character (+1)
• Add new Atmosphere cards (+7)
  • [x] Atmos 1 - Denied, Cannot reveal hidden room unless certain traits (1)
  • [x] Atmos 2 - Ravenous, The ghosts are twice as fast (1)
  • [x] Atmos 3 - Childproof, Nothing can be smashed. Items just land on the floor, unbroken (1)
  • [x] Atmos 4 - Knock knock, Walls have become even more solid (1)
  • [x] Atmos 5 - Secret switch, Every visible room with character rotates 180degrees (1)
  • [x] Atmos 6 - Double Tap, Each player can make 2 capture attempts instead of 1, on their turn (1)

1. Obstacles - End turn here
2. Collectables - Pick up and keep with you for effects
3. Consumables - Discard when used
