The red banner message is good, but would suggest we edit to something like the following, split over two lines...

This site does not include any public IATI data. This data in this site is test data and not for circulation or publication. It does not include any public IATI data. This site will expire in seven days.

(Im not sure of the seven days btw!)

Instead of generated date, we will include a countdown counter to deletion of data.
