added instagram accounts search #16

example: instagram-screen-scrape accounts --query piamuehlenbeck

NOTE: --limit does not work atm as my comfort level with coffeescript/stream is a tad limited. Currently all available results (up to 54) are returned

I've actually got a separate tool for scraping account stats... I should probably add that to the readme: https://github.com/slang800/instagram-scrape-account-stats
