Make it so commands are useable in DMs and group chats #47

There is a lot of snipe bots in servers, so why not have them to mess around in group chats and DMs? This would be better in my opinion as you can use the bot anywhere.

Hi, thank you for your suggestion!

I'm not fully sure whether the Discord API allows bots to read other's messages in DMs and Group DMS (and they probably might not due to security reasons), but I will see whether I can get this to work for the bot.
