Create a tool to switch a user's library to a desired quality #2

Many Tidal users, for better or worse, are preoccupied with the quality and format of music they're listening to. It would be useful to create a tool that updates as many songs as possible from My Collection and from user-created playlists to versions of the user's desired quality.

I wouldn't be surprised if Tidal adds this feature at some point, but so long as we have distinct versions of music for each available quality, a tool like this would save folks a lot of manual effort.

Before you do this, search around to see if this already exists. If so, consider just linking to that project instead, unless it has shortcomings you'd like to address by doing it yourself.

Given that Tidal has added a Dolby Atmos toggle and is soon removing all MQA from their platform, this is probably less important than it once was. However, some folks might appreciate upgrading songs in their Collection to Hi-Res when possible, or vice versa.
