Table cell CSS inheritance in Outlook 2007 - 2013 #3

In Outlook 2007 - 2013, CSS inheritance can occur when a table contains two or more cells. CSS styling applied to one cell is applied to all table cells, even if no CSS information is applied to others.

This needs to be noted in the guidelines version of the boilerplate
