Windows Phone and random table zooming in Quirks mode #4

Windows Phone when rendering in Quirks Mode enlarges random parts of text. This is evident by having the same font size applied to two different sections yet one can appear much bigger than it should be.

From tests, it appears its not actually modifying the font size but rather zooming into the table, while leaving others untouched.
