Same as what you would put in the field below the other bits. I.e what you are going to do about all the things you said yes to the outcome of any discussions you may have had with supervisors. A lot of the stuff is going to be specific to the rig not the venue, like the work area being accessible or how you are going to store/secure equipment. The main reason for suggesting it is that there was some stuff I would have put in there about light night.
As I read it that whole section is currently phrased on a per venue basis, I see the logic of adding a per-event dynamic notes field but think we maybe need to rephrase the whole section a bit as well to more closely match the way the other sections are phrased :thinking:
I'm not clear what purpose that serves? What would go there that wouldn't be better placed in the notes field of the visited venue itself? (I could maybe do some :sparkles: magic :sparkles: to make that field appear in liue of the 'site visit notes', but it may well be more trouble than it's worth)
