I know it's not JavaScript, but it is web development.
If you give me notice, I can create a presentation where I tell you what Umbraco CMS is, some of it's background, who uses it and what it's for. I could show you some examples of sites that have been built using it.
I could then show you how easy it is install get up and running, and go through the basics of building a site with it.
Afterwards if people are keen we could try and install it on our dev laptops and see what we can make with it.
